El Almaz – Hesabınızı silme
Uygulama içinden (önerilen)
- El Almaz uygulamasını açın ve giriş yapın.
- Profil ekranında sağ üstteki Ayarlar (⚙) simgesine dokunun.
- Hesabı sil seçeneğine dokunun ve şifrenizle (Google ile girdiyseniz Google hesabınızla) onaylayın.
Silme işlemi hemen gerçekleşir. Devam eden bir oyununuz varsa önce oyunun bitmesi gerekir.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız
Hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine "El Almaz hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin ve kullanıcı adınızı yazın. Talebi hesabın sahibi olduğunuzu doğruladıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde, genellikle birkaç gün içinde yerine getiririz.
Silinen veriler
- Kullanıcı adı, e-posta adresi, şifre ve Google hesap bağlantısı
- Görünen ad, avatar, masa teması ve kozmetik öğeler
- Arkadaşlıklar, engellemeler ve tüm özel mesajlar
- Tüm oturumlar hemen kapatılır
Saklanan veriler
- Oyun sonuçları ve istatistikler: adınız kaldırılmış olarak kalır (geçmiş oyunlarda "Silinmiş oyuncu" görünür), böylece diğer oyuncuların geçmişi bozulmaz. Bu kayıtlar sizinle ilişkilendirilemez.
- Oturum kayıtları (IP adresi, cihaz bilgisi): 30 gün içinde silinir.
- Şikâyet ve moderasyon kayıtları: kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi için saklanır.
- Şifrelenmiş yedekler: en fazla 35 gün içinde yenileriyle değiştirilerek silinir.

El Almaz – Deleting your account
In the app (recommended)
- Open El Almaz and sign in.
- On the Profile screen tap Settings (⚙) at the top right.
- Tap Delete account and confirm with your password (or your Google account if you signed in with Google).
Deletion happens immediately. If you are in a game, it has to finish first.
If you cannot use the app
E-mail [email protected] from the address registered to your account with the subject "El Almaz account deletion" and your username. After confirming you own the account we delete it within 30 days, usually within a few days.
What is deleted
- Username, e-mail address, password and Google account link
- Display name, avatar, table theme and cosmetic items
- Friendships, blocks and all direct messages
- All sessions are signed out immediately
What is kept
- Game results and statistics: kept with your name removed (shown as "Deleted player") so other players' history stays intact; they can no longer be linked to you.
- Session records (IP address, device info): deleted within 30 days.
- Reports and moderation records: kept to prevent abuse.
- Encrypted backups: rotated out within at most 35 days.
